Poster Presentation Guideline

Abstract poster template can be downloaded here, kindly make a copy of the template and put your abstract submission number on the header.
Accepted poster format is only PDF with a maximum size of 10MB

Abstract Poster Presentation session will be held in the IMERI Building, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, from July 1–2, 2026.

Day 1 (July 1, 2026):
- Oral Presentations: 10:30 – 12:00 (Auditorium)
- Poster Presentations: 12:40 – 14:00 (Poster Zone)
Day 2 (July 2, 2026):
- Award Announcement: 14:00 (Auditorium)

Poster sessions are structured around the 11 abstract topics. To help us arrange the digital displays, please take a moment to fill out the attendance confirmation here. As soon as all responses are in and logistics are finalized, you will be able to view your specific screen allocation here.
The Presenting Author is required to be present 30 minutes prior to the presentation session to verify the poster.
Presentation duration will be 5 minutes each, followed by 2 minutes of Q & A.
